Gates has done over 5 projects so far in our house since we moved in 2 years ago. From replacing old/odd style windows in my detached garage, to my exterior and interior doors, every job was timely and handled professionally. I had a few companies not even show up or call back since the quarantine Gates was the only one to get the job done. They just finished replacing 5 old basement windows and made my house look great! Thank you from a very happy customer 👍🏼

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I’m thrilled with the results. I got at least 6 quotes and Wes gave me the best price. I had 3 guys show up Monday morning to replace my vinyl siding, soffits and shutters. They completed the job in 2 days - they were on time, professional, hauled away everything, hung new lights and did a great job installing all of the new material. Thrilled with the results and I would highly recommend this company.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate for a roof repair or replacement. Since the technician has come out to inspect the roof that I needed to have the work done on, I have not received any feedback on how much it will cost or what needs to be done. I have called the company numerous times throughout the day only to be told that someone will call me back. To me this is totally unprofessional, but it should not be a surprise since I’ve heard the same response from 3 other people I referred to them. Get it together please. I’m a general contractor too, but I definitely make sure I get back to my clients within 48 hours.

Hello Mr. Dickerson. I'm sorry you feel this way. I'm not sure where the confusion came in. I have that you requested an estimate on Monday, November 8th. We then came out for an estimate appointment scheduled for Thursday, November 11th. From there, we sent you the proposal with pricing and scope of work on Monday, November 15. This was 2 business days (Friday and Monday) to get you the quote back. I also called 2 days after the proposal was sent to follow up, but have not received a response from you. I'm wondering if you received the proposal? Would you like us to re-send it? We welcome the opportunity to earn your business! Thank you for your time.
