  We had contacted JC builders to come and give us an estimate on some work we needed done on our home. They came to our home on July 8th. We were told we'd have a submitted proposal within 2 weeks. Today is September 5th and we still haven't heard anything from them. I called and spoke to someone at their number twice and left messages at their number twice. The last time I called, which was the fifth call, I got a message that the voicemail had not been set up yet which is very questionable because I had left messages at that same number two times previously. All in all, a very disappointing customer service experience.

  J C was very friendly. Met his deadlines. Always checked with us to make sure he was doing what we wanted. Him and his son were great to work with. Everyone who has seen my kitchen there mouths drop open as it is so beautiful. Also the porch he converted to my TV room is awesome. Would recommend him to anyone.
