  They installed a single ply PVC roof on our flat roof house. The entire crew was great to work with, responsive to my requests, and detail oriented. I’m glad we went with Jay's and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

  Terrible communication and response. I spoke to a gentleman about an estimate, he said "we'll come and give you an estimate and if the price is right we'll do the work on the spot". Sounded great, i cancelled two appointments I had because I wanted to be there when they arrived. After that call and appointment setup i heard NOTHING! im reasonable so i called back, left message and still NOTHING!! i dont understand how some folks stay in business the way they do business. If they handle things this way, they did me a favor! 🤦🏽‍♂️
