  JHCI built our first custom home in 2007 and has helped with several other projects (added deck, hail damage issues, etc.) throughout the last several years. Jared even helped us prior to our land purchase to be sure that the home we wanted would work in a particular lot. He answered all of our questions along the way. He was present at the jobsite making sure things were happening as they should and on time. He made the construction loan process easy by making sure things were completed and documents were submitted on or before deadlines. His craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. He is honest, competent and we always trust him to do the job right the first time.

  Went far above and beyond my expectations. He worked with our insurance company to get a full roof replacement instead of half that was originally adjusted. We also got our gutters replaced with better and higher flow guttering than what was original to the house. Jared worked with me for a great package deal to give our house some much needed curb appeal by painting the house and fixing our front porch from foundation settling. He stayed well within the parameters of our insurance pay out for the hail damage so we had no out of pocket expense above what insurance payed out. Highly Recommended!!!

  Jared was fantastic to work with. I had hail damage on my roof and deck that I needed to get repaired before I moved out of my house. Jared went above and beyond by helping explain the insurance process, and when insurance didn't want to pay for the appropriate amount of ice and water shield, he provided diagrams and references to the local code for me to submit to my insurance company. I had a pretty tight schedule (a little less than a month) but he got everything done before the house sold, including some extra spur of the moment repairs on the deck. Everything he was going to do was explained before hand, and he walked through the insurance adjuster's assessment and explained what things I might have to fight my insurance company on. Everything I had to fight insurance on was mentioned by him, which is proof of his years of experience. It also proves that he is a contractor who truly cares about his customers (some contractors don't care what their customers have to deal with as long as they get paid). I don't live in the Omaha area anymore, but if I did I'd hire him without a doubt. Finding a good contractor is hard, and Jared is the best I've ever worked with.
