  I had heard this company's ads on the radio for years, so when I needed to replace 15+ windows in my home, I contacted Jancewicz & Son to get a quote. A date was scheduled (2-3 weeks out) for someone to visit. They came and took measurements and... I never heard back. After waiting a month, I called. I had to give all my contact information again, as if I were a new customer, and the person I spoke with said they'd have someone call me the next day. No one called. After about a week, I called again, trying to find out if there was a quote. Same deal... had to give all my information and was told that someone would call me back. Again, no one called. This company may very well do good work, but I'll never know. I found another contractor who will follow through.

  Jancewicz and Son was professional from the initial visit to the final walk through! They communicated with us throughout the process, from estimate to the review of project completion. We are very happy with the standing seam roof, love the rain diverter that we asked them to install just prior to installation. They listened to what we wanted, including the details of what we were looking for. We would definitely ask them to do more work on our house when we need it

  I would highly recommend Jancewicz & Son if you love to wait for them to not show up or stand by their warranty. They installed our house roof over 10 years ago. We have had numerous leaking issues over the past 2 years, they have not stood by the warranty. We have sunk over $12K into multiple roof repairs for them not to fix the issue. They re installed the ridge cap at no charge as they figured out they installed it incorrectly over 10 years ago after numerous trips to our property. (This we believe was the cause of the leaking that we were having as we haven't had an issue since.) Their communication is horrible, trying to get in touch with the contacts was always a challenge. Not to mention they were a no show/no call at least once on their scheduled repair days. I write this as I sit and wait for them to replace our broken window that they broke in the middle of winter 6 weeks ago when they replaced the incorrectly installed ridge cap. The contractor has finally arrived and the window is the wrong size and cannot be installed. I feel the reviews below are all new roofs and haven’t reached the point where the warranty is important. In the future, which probably won’t even be close to the 40 year warranty we will be going with a different company. Included below is a picture of our broken window courtesy of Jancewicz & Son. Update: 5/23 after 3 months of waiting for our replacement window it will be installed next week. I would say breaking a customers window (which accidents happen) however taking 3 months to replace it shows the kind of customer service you will receive from this company.
