  Receptionista is unsure if replacing 8 corners of drip edge would cost under their threshold of $750.00. I guarantee if it is, they clearly are not going to replace it to code. They are not worth a call for a written quote, you will not get accuracy.

  First of all Ma'am you were told that we send a service crew out to review repairs (as we don't use a dedicated estimator on repairs) and if its a minor repair, which is less than $750.00 we make the repair onsite and invoice accordingly and if its over that amount then they gather the information and bring it back to office where we put a typed proposal together. Our office staff are not roofers or estimators, so expecting them to know the cost of this repair over the phone (even if they were skilled estimators) is next to impossible to know accurately without seeing it in person. Sounds like your frustrations from having an "incompetent" fly by night contractor install your roof improperly a few months ago is being taken out on people who've had nothing to do with this experience.
