  Our general contractor, Mike Branstrom, gave us Jack's name and phone number. It took two calls to get in touch with him. I gave him our address and described what guttering I wanted done. He said he would come and look it over and get us an estimate with in a week. On our next visit the estimate was in the door. The price seemed reasonable and I checked with a friend who owned a seem less guttering business. He agreed that it was a good price. I called Jack and told him to go ahead with the work. He said he would be able to get to it in a couple of weeks. Four days later we returned to our lake home and the gutters were on. They look great and no mess was left behind. We did not have to pay any money to get the job started and are waiting for the bill.

  This person was recommended by the Mantrap Roofing, the company that roofed our cabin early this summer. While Mantrap Roofing was responsive, prompt and professional, Jack was entirely the opposite. Jack would not return calls. We made the mistake of paying Jack for supplies before he completed the job of installing gutters and facia, and we simply could not get him to return calls in our quest to have the job completed. We learned from others that this is standard operating procedure for Jack. We are now left with unused materials and are hoping that the next company we work with will be able to use the materials. We strongly encourage you to go elsewhere for your contractor.
