Never do business here! They do not take care of their customers and are very rude! They will load you up while you are paying, then when you get home and realize one of the items you just bought is damaged and you try to get refund or exchange it they tell you it's not their problem! To top it off the rude older lady that works there will start yelling telling you that you need to leave after you call them out on it.

Very rude hard to deal with. I paid for 19 sheets of 5/8 plywood they loaded 1/2 inch as I was checking out so I didn't notice it till I got home sent my son back to change it out. They where rude and short with him also.

Note: Cheap prices so if you can put up with there rudeness and general BS from the people working there good luck.

Jack's carries a variety of building materials. There busy place so patience comes in handy, but the savings you'll get makes it worth the wait.

Bought several windows. Saw two did not have screens so drove back to get them a few weeks later after talking to them on the phone. Get there and they found the two screens and one was broke. I said just give me the one out of that window and he said no he wouldn’t be able to sell it then. I was like really because you just sold me 2 without screens. They have no customer service whatsoever. I also asked the lady a question about the windows and she simply said I don’t know rather than get someone else and help answer the question. I need multiple more items for this full remodel but it won’t be from there!

Shopping for new appliances. Found new fridge and w/d with slight imperfections and saved ~$1500 altogether.  Give em a try.

I paid $725 for this dog house... yes... it is a dog house.  Somebody cut ALL of the siding SHORT, but slapped it on there anyway instead of doing it right.  What is the point of weather resistant siding if you leave gaps for rain to get in on EVERY surface??? Jack's Buildings in Van Buren, Arkansas told me I should finish it myself.  I told them I would if they will either provide supplies (caulking, matching stripping and nails) or reimburse me for cost of same. They declined to spend $30 or so or provide wholesale products from their business to allow me to finish the building without spending more of my own money, so... now they get $Million worth of FREE honest publicity, and we get to go to small claims court. I've been hi-Jacked. Don't be like me. Buy your building somewhere else!
