  Everytime I try to use this supplier I lose time and money. I placed an order gave them my card I call back 5 days later they tell me they just gave me a quote and no order was placed so I was forced to use Bennet metals. I tried to use them again recently, they told me my metal was ready for pickup I show up Friday at 2 they tell me no one can pick up metal past 11 on Fridays. If you are a contractor I suggest you go somewhere else if you are looking to close a project in a timely fashion,

  Mr. Vogt, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. After a 45-50 hour work week, we close the shop at 11 on Fridays to allow our shop staff time for family and rest. We list these times clearly on our website and our office staff knows to explicitly detail that information on every pick up call to deter this from happening. We know time is money for our customers and once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We care deeply about customer satisfaction.   I have been buying metal from Jab-O for the past couple of years. Their prices are great but their service is even better. They can get a metal order together within a couple of days of me putting the order in. We plan on using them for a long time on our metal roof orders.

  Great service and good prices and can help with your project. I love buying right from the manufacturer
