Jeff came out to look at a leak coming from our roof within a few hours of me calling him. He was able to set up an immediate temporary fix for us and recommended what needed to be done to make sure the leak was fixed permanently when we were ready. While he was here he also inspected the rest of the roof to make sure there were no other problem areas we should look at. Great service, very professional and knowledgeable!

JAEA did a great job replacing my roof back in summer 2020. Joe Berlingeri was my property manager. I like the way he approaches the home owner, which does not feel like talking to an aggressive sales person. He was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process from meeting with the insurance adjuster to post installation inspection. He not only did what he supposed to do for the projects, but also went above and beyond and did a couple of times of additional cleaning of the nails around the property since we have little kids. When it came to replace the roof for our rental in Jan 2021, we did not hesitate to work with Joe at JAEA. They did a great job again.

Everything seemed fine until they finished the job and my HOA saw it. Drip edge on the roof is stark white. They knew that was not the right color to put up there as they were well aware that the HOA require a certain colors. So it should be Brown like my gutters. I called them three or four times to try to get him to come out to fix it but they never responded in affirmatively. Now I'm going to have to hire somebody to come out and do it

I am sorry to hear that you are having to address issues regarding your HOA requirements. It can be very frustrating some times. In speaking with your Project Manager and reviewing your contract documents, for the build, the Project Manager stated that you two had discussed the drip edge color and that you chose the white drip edge which is reflected on your signed contract 12/09/2020. On January 11, 2022, your Project Manager received the first text message from you, 9 months after your build was complete, stating that your HOA was now notifying you that the drip edge color needs to match your gutters, which are brown. Your roof, including the drip edge, was installed per your signed contract outlining the material colors that were selected by you. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for changing the color of the drip edge to meet your HOA regulations. It is the homeowner's responsibility to know what their HOA regulations are and to ensure they meet those requirements. Your text messages along with the Project Managers responses have been uploaded into your file for future reference. Thank you for providing us an opportunity to respond.
