  I had J&W repair my shop roof and insulation in Spring of 2021. They were reasonably priced, work was top quality, and they had the whole shop done within one day. When the crew left they had cleaned up the site and even swept the floor inside of my shop. No surprise cost overruns or missed completion dates. I've also seen their work on homes and other buildings as well and have seen/heard nothing but good things. Would highly recommend J&W!

  My fiance moved here from Florida and started with this company.He worked 5 years for them...being given several different business plans as to where the company was going and his place in it all to just be put as the grunt ground man...even though he has many years of experience...but he stayed.After a conflict of interest he decided to leave...with my urging he went back...being promised hourly instead of salary...they had plenty of work would get overtime no problem.Fast forward 6months...he was never given work shirts like everyone else so ruined all his own clothes...was sitting at home on sunny days while salary workers were working...the benefit of living a block away...you see who is working and when.And when he didn't fill out his time sheet just perfect...rather then telling him to correct any one of the four days they had before payday to notify him...they waited until payday to him showing up after a hot days work to no check...no notice of no check..we are now still waiting....on his last two paychecks that are supposedly in the mail...even though he was there payday to get them...So while this looks like a very classy professional place to get a building built...might wanna reconsider working there...that is if you have any experience and know what the hells going on...if your brand new to business...good luck and you'll fit right in...And two weeks later still waiting on pay for service already performed.
