  Called 8/25 to get gutters on my garage. Jim quoted the job and I scheduled with him. He said gutters were being scheduled about 3 weeks out. After 4 weeks I hadn't heard from him. Tried calling and texting him at 4, 5 and 6 weeks with no response. Never called me back.

  Water is leaking into my attic and in my back patio. It is probably leaking into other parts of my attic that I can’t get to. He also took my vent off the roof that is connected to the master bathroom. He just covered it with shingles. I had to have another company put the vent back on since he can’t answer his phone. When he does answer he says he can’t hear you. I had a friend call him and he could hear every word my buddy said. The guy that fixed my vent also told me that there wasn’t any white paper under the shingles. After he did my roof I was at a family party and my aunt brought his name up because she can’t get ahold of him either. All he cares about is getting his money and then he hides from people that need help. My roof was done about a year ago and he does not care that his crew did a terrible job. I’m going to put pictures up. I don’t like doing this but I am trying to help other family’s from going through what I am going through.
