  We had two jobs done by J&T siding and were very pleased with both. The first was a Master Bath remodel.Richie came out , took measurements, we discussed the process and within a few days he was able to give me an estimate and a start date. Drew and some helpers did the work and were professional, on time, very hard working and always cleaned up before leaving each day. If I ever had a question or concern, Richie always got back to me quickly. We are very happy with our new bathroom! The next job was an outdoor patio covering. Again, Richie got right back to me with our options and an estimate and start date. Sean and Larry went above and beyond to not only build us a beautiful patio covering, but saw some of our siding on the house needed to be replaced and did that on their own! Great work ethic from all involved! Would highly recommend J&T!!

  I simply cannot provide enough positive accolades about Richie and Sean's crew at J & T Siding Inc. They have been a true blessing for our family in more than one instance. I initially found this company during the last major hurricane that hit NC. We had a rental property that sustained what would be considered minor damage ($4,000) in comparison to the devastation in the surrounding area. Being a military family and living in a different state than the location of the property made the situation difficult. Compound that with the issue of calling multiple companies to receive an estimate and receiving NO reply and you can understand my shear delight when Richie actually called me back. He was so kind, considerate and compassionate. He was able to get to our property and provide an estimate within 3 days. The quality of his work, extremely fair pricing and his professionalism was tantamount to the reason we are a return customer and why I felt compelled to write this review. My elderly parents also live in Jacksonville. Their house was in dire need of a new roof and siding. I called Richie and true to his nature, he and his crew dispatched without hesitation and provided an estimate that was more than fair and in keeping with the honesty and integrity that is hallmark with this company. Again, the quality of the work is beyond reproach. Throughout the evolution, Richie personally kept me informed of the progress and all that was happening with the job. Of special note was how Sean handled a situation they encountered with my parents dryer ducting. Apparently, the code had changed and the ducting was not in compliance. Without missing a beat, Sean stated he would bring the ducting up to code AND he offered to install my parents new dryer - FREE OF CHARGE!! Needless to say, the house looks simply amazing. It could not have turned out any better. In these current times when getting someone to actually return a call and provide a service seems to be almost nonexistence, the ease in working with J & T Siding is something that has become more of the exception and not the rule . What a pleasure to work with a company that still lives by the old adage of ensuring the customer is totally happy and doing whatever is required to make that happen. I have the highest regard for J & T Siding Inc and in particular Richie. If you want a business that you can rest assured you are receiving top quality service, constant and consistent professionalism and an extremely competitive price (did I mention they love the military and offer a discount?) then you need look no further. These guys truly have your back!

  Got a new metal roof one week before Hurricane Florence on our home in Sneads Ferry. Thus far it appears to have held up. The crew that Richie sent was the BEST crew I have ever dealt with on home improvements / repairs - I highly recommend. Attached pic is two days after hurricane florence. Wonder if they do Pier / Dock repair...
