  BEWARE of this contractor. I hired him to repair the roof of my two car garage. He was supposed to install a ridge vent and replace the rotten wood boards. Recently, when i had my roof exposed from the inside and discovered there was no ridgevent and he had only replaced four woodboards. James charged me for 16 woodboards. Not to mention it took him 3 weeks to have the debris removed from my driveway and left the 4 woodboards that he replaced on my property. I have tried contacting them and no one responds. I am a senior citizen and am very upset that this company took advantagw of me!
