Did my roof on my ,100 year old farm house. It should have been a tear off and new osb underlayment what I got was they removed all the copper flashing and copper valleys put osb over the old roofs on the front of the house. Removed all the roof vents from the back roof then shingled over everything. Some of the shingles were installed upside down. The roof leaked to say the least. He offered $500. For the interior damage we had our insurance company subrogate and Sue him and his insurance company. It took 3 years and $100000. To get the house liveable. Best advice look Jim up on the state Court sites you can see how often he's been sued.
