  I could not ask for more from a construction company. We received a fantastic price, Joe was on time, and responded promptly to our emails and phone calls. He did excellent work for our 97 year old mother, and his great communication was vital. She loved him as well. Thank you for taking care of her project. I highly recommend JM Construction.

  I just can't say enough; we are so impressed with the quality work and attention to detail we have experienced with all the projects over the years that Joe Martinez and JM Construction have completed in our home. We have a historical home - over 112 yrs old and it has it's fair share of issues - all of which Joe has helped us mitigate. Joe replaced all the lead pipes in the home, built us a beautiful fireplace mantle, and most recently did a major remodel of our small jack & jill bathroom. Joe removed the old claw foot bathtub, reinforced the flooring, addressed the unknown drain/ plumbing issue, waterproofed the walls/floor and beautifully installed porcelain and glass tiles and found a way to fit the vanity I purchased that was too large. As in old houses nothing is straight or even; the one bedroom door was set in and had to be moved to the right 5 inches and you can absolutely not even tell it was moved! Joe and his crew have an attention to detail that was so crucial as issues presented themselves through the remodel process. My daughters love the heated tile floor, mirror with defrost and backlit LED lighting, all the new electrical outlets, rain shower head, tiled bench in shower - literally everything!!! Joe and his crew are extremely professional, taking care to protect our original wood floors and even put up with our animal menagerie and late sleeping teenager schedules! Can't wait to start our next major project with Jm Construction and Joe Martines and crew!!!

  My first introduction to Joe Martines, owner of JM Construction was due to an emergency problem with my roof leaking during a major storm. I was out of town and did not know what to do. Upon being introduced by a common friend, Joe made all arrangements and patched it up very quickly followed by installation of a new roof. I was grateful and impressed. Since then Joe has done several projects on my home - small and large. He is professional, highly knowledgeable in the work he does, has a great sense of decor and I admire his sense of humor and integrity. His staff is very respectful, trustworthy and experienced in construction work. I highly recommend JM Construction for any home building, improvement, remodel or related projects.
