  We paid to have our roof replaced in March. Shingles were replaced. We were told that soffit would be replaced after parts were ordered. Jim said they arrived damaged and had to reorder. It is now October and nothing! My husband has made weekly calls to Jim’s cell phone as well as his answering service. He has not replied to any of these phone calls. Totally unprofessional. I guess our next step is civil court.

  Very disappointed in Lyman Roofing. They started out good, but NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. And are now refusing to come back and finish. It's not like there is any dispute - one section of our roof is completely exposed to the elements and Lyman has made excuses FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, as to why they have not finished it yet! One piece of advice - DO NOT PAY THEM THE FULL PRICE AGREED TO UNTIL --- EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED. We made the mistake of paying the 2nd half of the contract before they were done, and now, they don't care about us at all. We'll see how a trip to Small Claims Court makes them feel!

  jim lyman expects professionalism and better building material he is a local company and his crew is local they feel they too have a good reputation to keep i would trust and recomend him all of his work is referral and that is very impressive thank you jim lyman
