  After being ghosted by a different roofing contractor who was helping with a leak we decided to do a full replacement instead J&J was recommended to us and provided a no hassle quote quickly. The quote was competitive and they had a better lead time in comparison to others, which was another driving factor being late in season. Also to top it off they are a Corning Preferred Contractor. The crew was very professional and did a good job cleaning up. The crew leader also showed me photos of boards replaced for proof of replacement. Time will tell how the roof preforms but I would recommend J&J Roofing.

  This is the ONLY review you will need to read!! I’ll start by saying that when there is capital to gain in a transaction, I’m not one to trust easily. Therefore, I already did all the legwork for you. I searched high and low through every source I had the advantage of having access to. I didn’t find any red flags and decided to proceed in signing a contract with J&J Roofing And Restoration. I am here to tell you today that I am very happy with my monetary investment on my new roof with J&J! Jacob is the owner I had the pleasure of working with. He was very polite, professional and listened to all of my concerns and had all the answers I wanted to hear at contract signing. He is the face of the company and therefore he should of course have those type of customer service skills. With that being said you never know if you will have the same experience with the actual roofers who will complete the project. I had very little interaction with the roofers themselves as they completed my project while I was at work. However, the short conversations that I did have were very polite, honest and professional. The foreman even showed me pictures of some of the wood he had to replace. This is something he didn’t even need to do but was a nice touch that was trust building for me. The roofers did a great job cleaning up their mess at the end of their shifts and the dumpster service they used was a nice older man who even blew off the driveway and double and triple checked for any leftover debris or nails that may have been missed. The entire job was handled professionally from contract signing all the way down to final payments. At contract signing Jake even asked if I would like to keep the satellite dishes or remove them. This is something I hadn’t even thought about that he had great attention to detail on. I asked him to please just leave them off. At the time I didn’t think to ask him to remove the huge ugly antenna as well so that was replaced when they installed the new roof. I reached out to Jake and asked if they could please remove the antenna when they picked up the leftover materials and he responded politely and gave me no problems at all and didn’t even ask for extra money to do so. I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled to write this review so that everybody gets the amazing service and job that they deserve! As middle class Americans in this country we work hard for our money to put food on the table and keep a roof over our heads. Every day you go to work to fulfill that accomplishment and invest in the people under the roof you put over their head. So do yourself a favor and don’t cheap out on investing in the roof that protects the house you work hard for and shelters the people you love. Go J&J! You won’t be disappointed.

  My home and garage roofs suffered wind damage after a couple of back-to-back storms. Jake walked me through the process of my insurance claim every step of the way, making it easier than I could have hoped. He showed up on time (unlike other companies who either canceled appointments or failed to show up). The work began promptly and it was completed quickly. The job site was thoroughly cleared as soon as the work was done. Jake is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Jake was the right man to get the job done! I highly recommend Jake and J&J Roofing.
