  The gutters that J and J installed are top grade but the leaf guards stink even after I called to have them corrected. They came to the house and said the gutters were at the wrong height and after I told them I ordered the gutters and leaf guards at the same time and they were installed on the same day. So if the gutters are at the wrong height why did they why didn't they install them correctly?

  Just got new gutters installed at my home today by this company and cannot be more dissatisfied. They installed the gutters and then after it was done proceeded to tell me that I need to hire a roofer immediately to fix the flashing or I will have damage to the structure of my home. They could not fix this themselves nor did they have anyone to recommend that could do this job. I now have an exposed structure and water that will pour from the gutters. I tried contacting the owner Lance multiple times and of course never got a response. I never would have replaced the gutters that now have this problem if they had told me this before removing them now they have abandoned me in a terrible place. Just a very dishonest company that can not be trusted. Avoid this company as all they want to do is score a sale. I did not even ask for any type of discount hoping they would be a reputable company. The installers were ok but definitely not the best and don’t clean well after themselves. I guess I will have to file a report with the better business bureau and have my attorney start process in small claims court as the owner Lance has never responded to my calls and texts. Will keep this review updated.

  I'll start this off by saying that J&J has done multiple jobs for me installing gutters around my home. The reason they are not getting one star is because they other jobs have held up and they were affordable. However this last install was to replace an existing gutter and swap the downspout to the opposite side. They never re-pitched the gutter for the downspout being on the opposite side just followed the grade of the existing gutter. I discovered this when I was cleaning out the gutter I noticed that I had standing water. I called them and explained this about a week later they sent someone out to look at it. I explained this expecting they would fix there own work. Instead I was told they would get back to me with an estimate... Never herd from them again.... So I would use them with caution because they didn't stand behind the work they did and now with heavy rain I have to either re-pitch the gutter myself or pay someone else to fix their work. Update - I am updating to 5 stars! I spoke with Lance after leaving this review and they are going to fix the issue that caused me to leave them a poor review. Thank you!
