  They haven't done the job yet, but I want to let it be known that their customer service and Dustin Howard, the Salesman was outstanding. I couldn't have been more pleased with their response time and the price. I've seen a lot of their work around town, so I'm sure the work quality is going to get the same type of review when the job is complete. Also, they work well with your insurance company. You don't have to do anything. I highly recommend J Ferg Pros for all of your roofing needs. Forgot to update after job was complete. The roof turned out great. They did it in one day and the crew worked great together. Later, there was a couple of problems I called about and a man was here within a couple of days and fixed them both. JFERG was definitely a good choice for me.

  We are extremely happy with the finished look of our roof. We highly recommend J Ferg Roofing 100%. The crew was prompt, hardworking, pleasant, and cleaned up the outside of the house like if they were never there. Dustin Howard project mgr did an awesome job, made the whole process simple and successfull. Also to add, out of four roofing companies J Ferg Roofing were the first ones to respond in a timely matter 🤗

  We've just had our roof repaired with new shingles due to recent hail storms. I'm so glad we chose J Ferg Pros to handle this task. The crew was right on time, and they finished the project in about 8 hours. Their work is beautiful and top notch. Our main contact was Kyler, and he was simply outstanding. He is patient, kind, considerate, and an ultimate professional. He even purchased and installed some ceiling lights for us that were adversely affected by the hammer pounding that occurs in all roofing projects. He is even handling the insurance claim for us. I give him and the company a glowing 5 stars!
