  Totally amazed at how efficient the work crew was. Office staff was also super efficient. Great communication from beginning to end. Showed up on time, all worked together like a well oiled machine. We left for about 4 hours and when we came back we were expecting them to be about half done and they were completely done. Yard was cleaned, everything that was supposed to done was actually done. Super impressed and highly recommend them!

  I contracted J Carnes and Son to replace my roof on our new home in Dover. J Carnes was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns and Jade took great care of me and my wife. Due to the time of year with roof installation in January 2022, the scheduling was set about a week out to ensure no major weather events or drastic cold temperatures. They honored the quote they gave me in late 2021 and they offered a reasonable price for a company with great reviews and an awesome track record as opposed to some other roofing companies. J Carnes arrived on time on the day of install and took great care to ensure no damage to my house. They removed all the old gutters and roofing material before Intalling the roof in no time. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well and helped me by replacing a poorly constructed piece of wood on the return of my siding. J Carnes even went above and beyond and patched a small hole in my sunroom skylight by replacing the poor patchwork I had placed there. Overall J Carnes was an amazing company to work with. They sent videos prior to install to go over information I should be aware of and everyone I worked with was kind and responsive. The only thing I would like to see is some more communication on the day of install I would highly recommend J Carnes for your roof project!

  J. Carnes was great to work with....from the initial returned phone call, estimate process and roof installation. They were on time, efficient and professional and communicated at every step of the way. Looking forward to having them do our gutters in the spring!
