  Contacted Clint Wilder about building a new home for us June 4th. He seemed very professional and helpful at first. We sent him a rough copy of our house plans and build site location details. June 9th he sent us a specs sheet that would detail what we wanted in our new home so he could give us a more accurate quote. Fantastic idea, so far no problems. We got it filled out and back to him June 11th, then waited. Jun 21st apology email for not getting back to us sooner "will have a price range soon". Jul 2nd, we finally get our price range. Higher than what we were hoping for but after mulling it over on July 11th we informed Clint that we wanted to move forward with J.A. Wilder Builders. Clint responded back stating that he needed a working set of plans so he could pin down the numbers so, we purchased the house plans and emailed him PDF copy on July 13th. At this point, my wife and I think we have a deal with J.A. Wilder and terminate the bidding process with other contractors we had been communicating with. Then on July 30th, Clint emails us that do to his "work load" he was not going to be able to "bid on our project". Excuse me but I thought that's what we were doing for the last two months. What a waste of time and money. Stay clear of these people UNRELIABLE!
