Best price and service so far a Co worker used them and is thrilled so far with cleanup and promptness. Shingles are next so far superb. I haven't sign yet but will in next weeks. My insurance went sky high as my home is 1961. When the insurance is higher each year it's time to invest in a new roof.

Flat roof job, taken down to wood sheeting. Efficient crews and great cleanup. We worked through some issues with professional courtesy on their part. All is dry and the Gaco coating provided needed heat reduction with white reflective surfacing. Got a written invoice detailing the job. Overall very satisfied.

Another drunken afternoon with J.A. Taylors inside & now outside sales force waving a J.A. Taylor yard sign around from their yard. Then add his lovely Christian wife demonstrating her special skill set.

Can't say enough about the great work just completed on my metal roof, look great. From beginning to end a well run company. The original estimate was very competitive to other prices I received. Every part of dealing with this company was easy and stress free. From the original estimate to every crew being on time and cleaning up at the end of the day.. Someone always picked up the phone and every concern I had was always addressed. You always felt that they really wanted a satisfied customer. Highly recommend . A great looking roof at a very reasonable price.

I have a background in new construction and did a lot of research until chose J.A. Taylor to install a metal roof on my home. The workmanship was awesome. What I was most impressed with is the communication. I have referred them to two other two other people who have been just as impressed.

Had them install a new shingle roof on our house and new flat roof on the adjoining porch 2 1/2 years ago.  Since then when a heavy downpour occurs water starts entering our fireplace which is where the two roofs meet, and last week started pouring out of a spotlight in the living room in front of the fireplace. Over the last year they sent somone out a few times but the leak always returns when there is a heavy downpour.  Now they no longer return my calls after the secretary says she will have someone call me back. The same thing happened to a friend of mine that I unfortunately referred them to. He ended up patching the leak himself. Reading some of the other reviews I should have used another roofing company.  I will now have to get a estimate from someone else to repair what wasn't done correctly the first time and take legal action to recover the cost of the repairs. Not a way to do business. Update 5-30-19. Saint Lucie Roofing repaired the area of the leak that was done incorrectly by Taylor Roofing. Another $1500 later and finally no more leaks.

I had J.A. Taylor roofing install the best high quality metal roof and the hard working employees did an incredible job installing it. It literally came out perfect! It was a two to 3 day install and I can describe the company as very professional and paid attention to detail on installment. Great pricing for the roof as well. J.A. Taylor comes highly recommend!

JA Taylor just put in a new roof on our office building last week.  They did a fantastic job!!! We recommend them without any reservations. We used upgraded materials including Peel and Stick Underlayment.  Definitely work the upgrade!  We were very impressed with their crew.  They worked great together and would cleanup after themselves everyday. Beautiful professional job!

This roofing company came highly recommended from a friend that had a roof replacement. When I 1st contacted JA Taylor roofing I received a very prompt call back. The gentleman ( I wont mention any names) was VERY informative and spent 20 minutes speaking with me an educating me. I was extremely grateful. He even came out to do measurements for a total roof replacement the same day I called. After that I waited 2 weeks for the estimate before reaching out to follow up. The 1st time I reached out he made me feel as if I were bothering him and asked to call me back. He never called back. about 1 week later I called the office who forwarded me back to this gentleman. I called him once again and he asked that I re-text him my information. It has now been about 6 weeks from the initial call and I give up. I understand companies can be busy but it has been been 7 months since the hurricane. I cant imagine how long it would take to actually have the work done in the event that they ever call back of send an estimate.

I referred my mother's home to them for a replacement roof.

Following completion of her roof, I have called them four different times over a 10 week period to request a roofing inspection on my home in Martin County.

There has never been a return call from their Office.

I have initiated every call and spoken with the receptionist each time who promised I would be contacted.

Today she informed me that my "email needed to be corrected" and furthermore that rain had prevented them from calling me. Her response speaks for itself - I am only relieved that I did not enter a situation where I actually depended on them for services promised and paid for. When I asked her if she could improve on her response, she said that she could not.

One red flag that I missed - they do not respond to negative reviews.

They have yet to contact me to apologize or deny my description of their actions. Or phrased differently, their negative reviews may be generally false, but mine is absolutely true.
