  I felt like I was treated like a criminal. Supposed other customers have done damage to their buildings that they are "RENTING" for twice what they are worth. Well they should be able to absorb a little loss instead of taking it out on people that just came in to purchase a building .Then at the end of the sale to be told that there is ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY WHAT SO EVER ON ANY PART OF THE BUILDING .it supposedly had a 25 year warranty on the metal roof, but became a person "RENTED IT FOR 3 TO 4 MONTHS BEFORE ME ....,.. I HAVE NONE .SAME WITH THE FLOOR AND THE SIDING AND THE SKIDS . NOW HOW'S THIS FOR A KICKER ..... I WAS TOLD THAT THE MATERIAL MUST BE PRETTY GOOD OR THE COMPANY WOULD NOT HAVE OFFERED SUCH A GREAT WARRANTY TO BEGIN WITH !!!!! Now I was for sick that day with a stomach virus or I don't think I ever would have fallen for this. But what goes around comes around and old Karma she ALWAYS REMEMBERS !!!!

  Hi Mona, I treated you very kindly. I even called you to remind you of your appointment as you asked. I told you that repossessed buildings are as-is with no warranty before you came in to view the portable building. Once you viewed the building and were ready to purchase, you expressed that you did not like that it had no warranty but I explained to you that is how all repo buildings are. In fact, I even told you I would hold it until the end of the day/first thing the next morning so you could think on it since you told me you had been sick with a stomach virus and didn't want to make a decision. At that time, I told you that since you were possibly not going to purchase, if you changed your mind and purchased the following day, I couldn't guarantee it could still be delivered the same week. That is when you got upset and decided to purchase the building. You purchased on a Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I'm sorry you dislike that your building has no warranty but you were well informed before purchasing, and still wanted it. Updated to add: This customer called and apologized at some point and said she did not know how to remove her ugly review.

  What an amazing company!! When I went in to purchase my building, Crystal and Summer were so helpful and thorough!! When I rec'd my building it was perfect. I love it, my family loves it. I recommend this company to everyone!!
