  IRT Commercial Services (There is no IRT Residential Services, nor IRT Residential Roofing [it ceased in 2014] registered in Michigan) was to repair and coat our flat roof and raise a section for proper drainage. Their service was terrible! The salesperson was completely worthless to solve the promises he made on behalf of the company he worked for. The installation was not complete! We had to hire a contractor to install the master bedroom deck that IRT Commercial Services would not return to finish. They refused to return and finish raising the low part of the roof even after they had been fully paid! At the time, I am not sure they were licensed for residential work in Michigan. The new owner is totally unprofessional and non-responsive, and as far as my search of LARA at the State of Michigan site, the company is not licensed to perform residential repairs or construction. I would not let them re-shingle a dog house!

  I hired IRT to do the siding and windows on my cottage and I was blown away by the quality of work!!! I have had so many compliments on how it looks by all of our neighbors up and down the beach!!! I will be using IRT again to do my roof in a couple years!!!! A+++
