  Unfortunately I had very disappointing customer service experience. I am currently the second owner, of the previous warranty for a roof installed 4 years ago. The previous owner of my house advised that he had used Iossi Sinding and Windows for the installation of his brand new roof. I contacted the company inquiring for the warranty rules/qualifications. During my first phone conversation I was right the way advised that I have no rights to the warranty since I am a second owner and that most likely is a chimney or shingle problem and it will cost $150 for someone to come and look at it. To which I replied that it is a roof with a leak and it needs fixed so the charge is not a concern. Also someone needs to come and evaluate the problem before we know what the issue truly is. The secretary on the other side advised that she will speak with the owner and call me back. That was 3 weeks ago, since then I have called and left numerous voice mails inquiring for feed back/appointment anything......no response. Today I was able to reach the secretory, I explained my frustration for lack of communication and poor customer service. She proceeded to tell me how I have no rights over the warranty and that they drove by my house and di not see any broken shingles so it must be a chimney problem. Besides it's $150 for someone to come look at it and they are busy. To which I replied, forget about the warranty, I have a leak and needs fixed; How did you see I do not have broken shingles, I have voted sealings so there is now way you can see the top of the roof from the ground (she ensured me they did not claim on the roof)?! And why do you keep mentioning the $150 service charge like a obstacle, as you know my finance situation or something, the money is not an issue?! Then she proceeded to tell me that I should just call another company for my service needs, so I asked "Are you the owner, can you make that call?" She proceeded by lying that the owner is right there and can hear me so I greeted him hello and received no response. Then she actually went to get the owner, he politely introduced himself, so did I and I proceeded to explain the situation. The owner then advised the same thing, I have no right over the warranty because I am the second owner, it probably a shingle or the chimney but defiantly not their fault and that they are busy serving their customers and I am not one. So in summary I asked him: 1. So you are making assumptions to root cause of my roof and you refuse to come and look at it? 2. And based on these assumptions you are saying that I do not even qualify for the material's warranty ? 3. So you are refusing new customers? To which he replied yes so have nice day, have nice day is what it followed. I am quite puzzled that I was even part of such conversation and such terrible customer service or the fact that service is refused all together.

  Iossi has done it again! 3 yrs. ago, they sided my unsightly garage. This last few weeks, the crew has taken on my crazy house built in 1910 in the central city....my home for 36 years. Crazy because it slopes and somebody covered it with ground level stucco about 50 yrs. ago. Iossi agreed to take on the challenge, and the crew gave their all creating a vinyl sided looks new house on my corner property. Did I mention my lot is small? We decided to leave the stucco because much of it was stable and what wasn't got plenty of TLC. If you have a stucco house needing assistance, call Iossi and have Dave come out, take a look, and discuss the possibilities. I was very pleased the lead on site made sure the crew cleaned up every day. The last few days brought snow covering their materials, cold water dripping on them (gutters were off), colder temps and wind as they finished siding, prepped for gutters, and did a final cleanup. Didn't slow them a bit...an impressive siding job was finished in time to move on to another house. Crazy house gone....their workmanship left in its place quality renovation, less maintenance for me, and increased pride in ownership. Another good reason for choosing small and local....call Iossi....their dedicated, knowledgeable crews can make your house look new again.

  Chuck and his team really knows what they're doing and if you're looking for roofing services in the quad city area I highly recommend you give these guy's a call.
