  Rented a 2 bdrm and a whole house from Investor's Service Co. The value was good, no surprises, agents very professional. I only moved because the home owners backed out contractually with I.S.C. and the new rental agency was poorly run.

  If i could give 0 stars I would. They never kept up on the property. Kept saying they would be there at this day and time and never came. Their own maintenance guy when he did eventually come pointed out tons of things wrong with the house where they removed weight bearing walls and put a illegal addition on that when it was windy the wall would literally move. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I could go on but you get the point. Don't rent from them unless it's your last resort...

  How does a business like this stay in business. Lol. Wow. So many 1 star reviews. Was gonna see about investors services managing a few of my rentals but wow. Thanks everyone for the heads up!!!!
