  I contacted half a dozen roofing companies in the area for estimates. Some companies stand out for value. Some stand out for quality. Some stand out for speed. There's an unfortunately popular adage that says "pick two" from those and that's what you've got to choose from. Integrity Roofing & Exteriors exemplified a different trait that's often forgotten and hard to come by, and that's doing the right thing taking care of a potential customer all while being as courteous and professional as possible doing it. Nathan from Integrity Roofing & Exteriors in specific was a glowing example of professionalism and genuine care for a potential customer I didn't experience from any other company. He proved that this company will take care of you well after becoming a customer, because without expecting a dime from me while he was already on the roof he took the time to secure a tarp with boards and plastic cap nails far exceeding the quality a competitor did before. Integrity Roofing & Exteriors - integrity isn't just in the name, it is demonstrated to be a part of their business model, and Nathan's customer service exemplified that glowingly. Integrity is not just another marketing term. I would recommend Integrity Roofing & Exteriors to anyone. Thank you for your help, and I hope we get to work together in the future.

  Nathan was the ultimate professional in presenting the bid, describing the process, & the expectations we should have. He stayed in contact as we waited on supplies. Nathan handed us over to Stephen the day of installation. We were made aware of all aspects going on. German & he along, with their stellar crew, did a beautiful job. We had received 3 bids & Integrity’s was the highest but we went with them for the warranty, promised care of our property, & communication. We are very happy with our choice!! Thanks guys!

  I contacted Integrity Roofing for some shingle damage and to have a general roof inspection done. They responded quickly and Nathan came to the house to inspect. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave a no-nonsense assessment of the situation and did not try to sell me on currently unneeded repairs. The quoted repair price seemed appropriate. He went above and beyond expectations by patching an area to prevent further damage until they could properly repair it. Nathan set an appointment to complete the repairs. On that day Nathan, Matt, and Jason performed the work. It was done efficiently and properly. Once again, they were professional and friendly. I will be needing additional roof repair/replacement soon and will be calling Integrity Roofing again. It is nice to have a contractor I feel I can trust and I could not recommend them more.
