  I am very pleased with the roofing job that Integrity did for me. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the process of installing the roof was explained to me and there were no surprises. Everything that Bobby explained to me from the cost of the roof to the installation process happened just as he said. When Trent arrived, we reviewed the plan for the day and he ensured that all details of installation were taken care of. Trent, Sergio and Tino did an excellent job at installation, preparation and clean up. I appreciate that tarps were put down and magnets used after installation to find any nails that may have fallen off the tarps. It could have been a very stressful experience for me but the Integrity Team made it much better than I expected. And, the roof looks great!

  Dustin Hall came out two days in a row to complete a roof sealant on my three-season room. He was very professional and yet quite personable. He was knowledgeable as to what needed to be done and explained it to me. I would definitely call Integrity for any future jobs and recommend them to others.

  Sales manager Mark Mohler was exceptional without fault taking care of all decrepencies when any were to arrive (had a concern between my preferred and legal name) Customer Experience manager Phillip Grimm performed exceptionally with one flaw, discussed below 5 stars with the amount of quality and care went into the installation of the roof. Which is what matters the most. Hindsight leaves 2 concerns Phillip did not notify me of the job being delayed into a 2-day job, when it was advertised as a single day job... this left a sense of confusion as to how and when the job would be completed. Without notice the crew was back the next morning at 7am, which is earlier than I would have prefered to be woken up. The second concern is that of the installation crew did not take care when lift-move-drop of shingle packets causing concern for the amount of force exerted when dropped. This had caused the texture on my ceiling all around the house to chip and drop. Mark Mohler upon being notified of this offered to detatch and clean all lightshades although declined this level of follow-up caught me off guard. If you receive him for your project know you are in good hands.
