  Signed a contract with them. Took 2 1/2 months to complete the job. Was told materials were here, then told they weren't. Told they had possession of the materials, then they had to drive and pick them up. Communication was lax at best. A 1 day job took 4 days. Half way through the 2nd day, the job was changed due to an error in planning ( they couldnt do what they originally said they could and went a different route). I asked for a revised estimate and you would think I was asking for some out of the world request. I have holes and cracks in my ceiling throughout my home that I have started repairs on. When I made them aware of the issues, they said oh well that sucks and never offered to repair them. I tried to contact the owner via their website, but I get an error message. Overall very disappointed. Maybe my home was a fluke. Or maybe they didnt really care since, as the project manager put it, "it's a mobile home and we're losing money on the job as it is." Mobile home, or not, it's my home.
