      Professional staff and installers. The products are high quality, energy efficient not to mention beautiful. Installers do a terrific job cleaning up after the job, you never knew they were even there. They have different financing available and will work hard to find which works best for each customer.

      I had this Company install windows at my house prior this year, had money to pay them through an outcome with a Workman's Comp Case. This time the salesman assured me I'd be surprised that even with a low credit score that I would be approved. With that said I waited but the Salesman never informed me that my application didn't go through. I had to call the office and was informed I would be getting a letter. What I'm trying to say is treat your customers with the same respect if I could pay or if I can't at this time.

      Hello Ms. Petro, I completely agree with you that your sales rep should have informed you about the status of your credit application and we certainly did not intend to make you feel that we didn't value you as a customer by not communicating this. We absolutely value each and every customer who puts their trust in us because without our customers we would be nothing. All of the employees here really enjoyed working with you on your first windows project and we offer our sincerest apologies for dropping the ball on communicating with you regarding your finance application.       Had an appointment for an estimation last night and my husband even came home early from work because they told me that we both had to be there (strange) they were no call no show, very disappointing. Especially since my husband has a demanding job and I told the admin it’s ok if it’s just me here. They wouldn’t allow that which if fine until someone plans their whole day around it and then they don’t show up. I made the mistake last time a contractor did this and I hired him anyways, it was a nightmare after. Now I’ve learned if someone is a no call no show for an estimate, they certainly won’t be reliable or trustworthy during a job. I am sadly not interested in rescheduling, not that they even called to do that. We were looking to get at least $100k of work done, possibly more. (Update to original review) I responded to the email you have provided. I find it odd that I am now being told I could be a false claim, not sure what would motivate me to do that. Really not a good way to conduct business. My appointment was made under my married last name, but you should have at least seen the same first name for April 5th at 6pm

      *Update to our original response - you've updated your review stating that you sent a reply to us via the email we provided in our response. No email has been received by us as of April 14th at 2:40 pm. We are still confused because we have no records of any appointment under your first name either for April 5th because we thought you may have had a different last name on your profile, checked before we wrote the response, and there was nothing under Kailey with a different last name at all. We would like to get more feedback because if you did indeed schedule an appointment with our company, whoever you spoke to did not turn it in to the scheduling manager so we would like to know if you spoke to someone over the phone or at a home show so that we can address this with the person who you scheduled the appointment with. As you can read in our response, we were not accusing you of making a false claim in your review, we simply explained that the only appointment we missed that evening we have a record of actually talking to that homeowner and that if you were not that homeowner we were confused and wanted more feedback to see why we have no record of your appointment in the first place. If you sent us an email, I would urge you to call a manager or re-email since we did not receive the email you said you just sent. Please call 814-942-9571 and ask for a manager to see if we can figure out what happened in this case because we cannot correct an issue that we have no records of. In addition, the fact that you said you were looking to spend $100k worth of work confuses us because we had no appointments for the evening in question for a project that would even come close to that budget, we only had estimates scheduled for that day for windows and doors. With so much confusing and conflicting information from what our managers are telling us and what you are writing in your review, we would like to have the opportunity to discuss via phone with you so that we can get to the bottom of what happened. We are confused because we have no record of ever speaking to someone named Kailey Slye nor can we find any record of an appointment under this name. We would like to offer Ms. Slye a gift card to call and discuss this review with a manager at 814-942-9571 extension 109 or email at [email protected] so that we can get to the bottom of this. We did miss an appointment last evening with a homeowner that has a completely different name than this review due to the fact that our representative ran into a more involved project than expected at his previous appointment and realized his lateness would be an inconvenience to the homeowner scheduled afterwards. However in your review you stated that we did not call you and we have a phone log that shows a manager from our company did call and actually speak with the homeowner of the missed appointment to explain the reason we were unable to make it so either you have decided not to be honest about us calling in your review or you are not that person which leaves us even more confused. If you are not in fact the person we actually spoke to we would like you to call us so that we can find out the reason for your review and would offer you a gift card for taking the time to provide us feedback. If you spoke to one of our representatives on the phone or at a home show and they failed to turn the appointment in to our management team, we are more than welcome to take accountability for our employees and use your feedback to correct the issue but without further feedback we will not be able to know if the review is valid or who dropped the ball. We appreciate all feedback, whether positive or negative, however when the feedback doesn’t add up we would like the opportunity to discuss a resolution.
