  Paid the deposit January 2021 . Many calls and promises but nothing . Finally on January 23of 2022 , a year later they come erect the framework . Installer told me they never sent the trim. I've been calling them for 4 days and keep getting promised that they will let me know when he's coming back ?????!!!!!! Useless and terrible customer service .

  INTEGRITY CARPORTS IS TERRIBLE! We ordered a building in December 2020, with the promise delivery/installation would be within 8-10 weeks. April 2021 we finally hear from them, to be told "We haven't forgotten about yall, there is a tubing shortage" , we understood. Now comes June 2021, we hear from them, to be told "Your order is in, we r just waiting on materials." July 2021 we called them, as we are well over the 8-10 week promise. The first lady I spoke too stated, "All your materials are here and ready to go out, but our installers are not wanting to show up to work" I nicely let her know that is not my problem, and asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated "We can not transfer you to a super or give you contact info for corporate, as this is personal information." How, is corporate contact info personal? 🤔 She then transferred me too an office personnel, to which this person states, "We are still waiting on materials", after I was just told materials are in, installers are not. Again, I call bull! I asked to speak, yet again, to a super, she stated, the office manager would be giving me a call when he/she is in. It is now Sept 2021, we still have not heard back or spoke to the office manager or supervisor. However we did get a call from another office lady yesterday, claiming our order was just put in, and they have had two price raises. That again is not our problem. Legally they have to honor the price to which was sold to us, within the time frame which was promised. When asked "What are yall doing for customers?" We were told, it's first come first serve, and that they are honoring the price we paid, that is not doing anything for customers, as that is Legally what they have to do, so unless your looking for a delivery date a year out, DO NOT USE INTEGRITY! They don't know the truth from their lie. They don't care what they promise. Most importantly THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They are the most unreliable, unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. We have paid $1800 in storage fees, to which we had no choice to obtain, as the garage was not delivered as promised. Here we sit 9 months, still no garage, still paying storage fees, & they do not know when it will be delivered! They are terrible company and should be shut down!

  Learn from my mistake. Carefully read your contract. There is nothing in there that protects the customer. They stated 8 weeks until they could install. Then was called and told 12. It has been since February and never received my carport. Cancelled order because I just don’t need it and lost my deposit of close to $700. If you have nothing to sell then why are you taking peoples money. Horrible business. Buy from someone else.
