  Had an appointment scheduled to get an estimate on a full roof replacement at 2pm, but they never showed up and didn't call. Al called nearly an hour later to try to reschedule, but I let him know I wasn't interested in rescheduling with them after already sitting around waiting for them for an hour. I had already scheduled other things around an appointment they never showed up for in the first place, so I wasn't about to let them waste any more of my time.

  As you know we have had days and days of rain throughout this summer. Under these circumstances, on occasion, we are catching up to committed roof contracts for our customers. Unfortunately, I was late for a gutter estimate appointment with Dan Ellis. I will refer you to all of our four or five star reviews of our elated customers to bring perspective to this one-star review. As a business owner, I know the expectations of me, I apologized back then to Mr. Ellis, and I am apologizing now. I am sorry I was late to our appointment. I hope Mr. Ellis got a great estimate and installation on his gutters. There are many good gutter installation companies out there.

  The professionalism of Integrated Roofing Solutions & Consulting is exceptional. Scott is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Follows up and is true to his word. Al the owner also came to the site multiple times to check on the quality of the work they do. I highly recommend this group to do a amazing job. Ray on Scenic Drive.
