  top notch from start to finish. Louis is professional and handled everything including all of my questions. the team he sent to replace my roof were very professional, kind, and cleaned up meticulously. I cannot even put words down to explain my satisfaction with innovative Solutions contracting llc. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for having such a great customer service and communication.

  Asked this company to give me a bid to replace our roof after hail damage in Fredericksburg, VA. When they learned our insurance would pay, they insisted we should sign a contract with them to negotiate with our insurance company, after looking at the roof and before giving a quote. We told them we were taking multiple bids for the work and if they wanted to submit a bid it would be welcome. The rep continued to argue that multiple bids weren't needed. Finally agreed to give a bid, but only gave it verbally. We asked that he submit a written quote and we still haven't received it 10 days later. They were presumptuous, pushy and used pressure tactics. Will not use them even if we receive a good written quote.

  I had a really good experience with Innovative Solutions Contracting... they made the process easy getting in touch with insurance to receive our claim and got right to work on our roof. They were communicating with us constantly and made sure we were informed about the situation. Our roof looks amazing now, and they fixed internal leaks in our house while repainting the ceiling where the damage existed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their house! :)
