  Innovative Roofing and Siding took care of my roof repair needs from start to finish. From the initial inspection to quote, contract and commencement of work I felt certain that this company knew what they were doing and had the crews on staff that knew how to handle the products expertly. My home is only 9 years old and the original roof installers did not know how to properly install the specialty shingles I had purchased; however, they did not indicate they had no knowledge of this particular shingles unique installation needs up front. Fast forward 9 years and I have water damage evidence to ceilings, hardwood floors and expensive rugs. Innovative Roofing and Siding began my job when they said they would, they showed up on time, with a foreman that oversaw the work, and proper equipment. The extent of the damage to my roof was far worse than we could have seen before taking off the original shingles. The crew took extensive photos of the damage so I could see what was going to need to be done to repair everything that was damaged. They even needed to replace water damaged ceiling joists! Of course, the extra work meant extra costs but, I wanted the job done right. The job went from an estimated 2 day job to a 6 day job. They even worked Saturday and Sunday in an effort to keep their schedule on track, as much as possible, for the other customers behind me. Innovative Roofing and Siding was a fantastic company to work with, gave me honest and specific appraisals of what they needed to do to make the proper repairs, and gave me a very fair bill at the end of the job.
