  Stephen and his crew did excellent work on our commercial job replacing roofs on six buildings and repairing some others. They provided the most detailed free inspection report of the companies who bid on the job, performed the work on time and as expected, and sent lots of progress pictures. After they finished, I didn't see any nails or shingles on the ground. They also handled themselves professionally when working around another contractor who was onsite at the same time. We would definitely use them again.

  Innovative was very responsive, great price, and did the job quickly (within a week of me contacting them). I was worried as I called a few other roofing companies out there that were booked out for a few months. Innovative was on time and on budget. Roof looks great and hopefully there are no future issues. I would definitely recommend using them.

  If you are looking for a roofer in the Auburn area it can be hard to get a call back, but this company was the first to respond and actually come give us an estimate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for promptness. Unfortunately, the estimate was much higher ($1500-$1700) than multiple others that were all within a couple hundred dollars of each other. I cannot review the work this company does since we decided to go with a more reasonably-priced one. If money is not a concern, they were very nice and I always appreciate promptness.
