  ING Exteriors did a great job on our roof. After a push back from our insurance they were able to complete everything that was needed. Hugo Muñoz was a great help In making everything as smooth as possible and was always readily available to answer texts or calls. The crew worked really quick and did a great job with the cleanup as well. Would definitely recommend and will be using them when we are ready to replace our gutters.

  (Work completed 07-31-2021) Mr Hugo Munoz and ING was referred to me from our home contractor after we had a leak in our ceiling. Upon inspection, Hugo and his team found substantial storm damage to our roof--damage that we would not have known about if not for the leak-- After collecting several quotes from other companies, we decided to go with ING, not just because their quote was competitive, but because of their reputation and Hugo's helpfulness and professionalism. Hugo helped us through every step of the process, from filing the insurance claim and selecting the best type of roofing to install all the way through final inspection of the work. Hugo was incredibly responsive and provided expert consultation and got our issue resolved in the matter of a week. The installation crew was also AMAZING. They showed up at my door at 8:00AM and finished the install by 3:00PM. I had never seen such a professional crew. They were efficient, precise and hard-working. Thanks to ING, and the significant help of Mr. Munoz, our new roof looks amazing, and most importantly, no more leaks. I highly recommend this service. (They even check in with you a few times post installation)

  Just had job completed on 6/4/2021 Had 4 roofing estimates from different companies and ING Exterior was great from the start. Mike provided detail information on what's included in the pricing and what options I have. The final estimate was within our price range with no hidden fees. The job started in less than a week. The roofing crew were welcoming and fantastic. They found and fully replaced rooted woods. After the job was completed, they thoroughly checked the completed work and cleaned up all the roofing materials from around the house. They are true, honest, and hardworking professionals.
