My hail-damaged roof was replaced recently by Infinity, and I am very happy with the outcome. Derek Bean helped me navigate the process from start to finish, from insurance questions and shingle choice to cleanup and city inspection, always giving frank answers to my many questions. He was professional and accessible throughout—a pleasure to work with. The roof itself was removed and replaced in one day, and the work crew was efficient and respectful. I have nothing but positive things to say about Derek and Infinity.

This people will take advantage of your insurance. Be careful with trusting them I worked with Jennifer and they made it seem like they were going to help me I submitted to my insurance damages of roof and outdoor that sneaky lady found out of much the insurance was giving me so the kept changing the invoice amount do not trust this people especially if u have insurance.

Domenic was wonderful to work with. He handled everything with Insurance. The roof was done quick, they took care of all my flowerbeds the best they could (so grateful for that) with taking everything down. My roof looks amazing !

I needed my roof replaced due to storm damage, but the insurance company had refused to pay for it after a small leak. Derek stepped in and provided my insurance company with more than enough proof that the leak was caused by storm damage, not age and they agreed to replace it. From start to finish, Derek and the whole Infinity team had excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to get my roof completed as quickly as possible, he double checked that all nails were picked up, and even came back to my house to push in some recessed lights that came loose during the roofing process. I highly recommend Infinity Roofing for their awesome customer service and quality work! I love my new roof!

We had a great experience getting our roof done this week with Infinity. Me and my husband saw the plane with their AD and we said why not lets give them a call. We had hail damage with our roof and they came out the next day to look at it. Shane Savage was our Project Manager and he did a great job keeping us informed, and helping us understand the process. As well as going over and beyond to get a bit more out of the insurance to fix more problematic areas that he saw. Work was done efficiently and clean up was good.  I would definitely recommend them!

John West, the project manager on my job, was exceptional.  His communication skills are stellar -- he kept me informed every step of the way and went the extra mile and beyond in dealing with my insurance company to get a good result.

I can not say enough good things about Infinity Roofing and Shane Savage, the project manager for my roof. Shane stopped to talk to me about getting me a quote to replace my roof damaged by hail,in response to a call for a quote from me. While we were standing in the yard, we saw a large hole on the front portion above my den. ( I am elderly and had not been outside for the past week due to the heat). He could have said you need to get that patched and left it at that, and there was a rainstorm coming. Instead he sent for a member of a roofing crew nearby to bring shingles to patch it until the roof could be done and he was not even sure he would get my business, but he did not want me to have water damage in my home. He went above and beyond what anyone else would have done. (The adjuster who was on my roof 2 days before never mentioned the hole but he was the last one actually on my roof so he had to have seen it!) I am truly grateful for Shane making the extra effort to prevent further damage. Shane came by the next day with a good quote and to check on the patch. Of course he got the job. He always answered my texts and phone calls promptly and checked on the job several times and after completion.
The materials, dumpster and crew arrived on time, and did a great job. They were polite, professional and cleaned up all the construction debris. The roof looks great and I am so glad I chose Infinity. I highly recommend them

30 years had taken its toll on our roof, so I contacted a friend I trusted who worked with Infinity Roofing and Siding.  He got me in touch with Matthew Smith who worked in my area.  Matthew came to the house and inspected the roof and was able to give me a very reasonable, firm quote with the understandable caveat that any rotten or damaged 4x8 plywood sheets they found during the job would be replaced at a reasonable set rate each.  The job was done quickly and they cleaned up afterward.  The roof looks amazing.  Matthew Smith did such a good job, I recommended him to my mother-in-law.  Infinity Roofing replaced her roof, too, with similarly excellent results.  I would recommend Infinity Roofing and Matthew Smith to anyone who might need a new roof.  -  George Woodard

Humberto and his entire crew at Infinity Roofing did an awesome job from start to finish in replacing my roof.  We had hail damage and from the very beginning, Humberto helped with the entire process.  Everything was explained up front so I knew exactly what to expect.
The work was done in a day and a half and my roof looks amazing.  No corners were cut, from material, workmanship, replacing rotten boards and the cleanup - the result was a great looking roof. I feel very good about the quality of the work done by Infinity and am sure it will have a long life.
Humberto was onsite several times to make sure everything was being done and that we were happy with the work.  I felt in the loop the entire time about what was being done.  Bottom line, I have a great roof and Infinity is the company to go with.
Infinity did an awesome job - I would certainly give a recommendation to use them for any roofing need.

Matthew Smith showed up to inspect our roof and discovered hail damage. He explained the process for submitting a claim with our insurance company and was there while the adjuster did his inspection. Matthew worked with us on scheduling the new roof install and ensured the job was done right and on time. The workers were fast, efficient and cleaned up the yard well. I have no complaint about working with Matthew and Infinity Roofing, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.
