The contractor, upon completion of the project, requested payment of one amount (guaranteeing that was all we were allowed to pay) but we were, subsequently, billed for more and he wouldn't explain why. Instead, he pushed the office staff out front to respond. I still haven't been contacted by him. We won't EVER use this company again.
