  Free Inspection, quick turn around, superior service and quality workmanship in my roof repair. They were with me from the inspection all the way through working with my insurance agent to help me get approved for my claim. At first, my insurance carrier wasnt going to take the claim. He said it's not claim worthy. What does that mean exactly? Demar talked to him about my roof and showed him the damage and booooom it was processed and claim worthy. Don't just trust your insurance provider to tell you if it is or isnt. Get an inspection for yourself. Otherwise you might be facing more damages later when they finally say its worthy. Thank you Demar and your team for my new roof!

  Imperial stopped by my home and ask to look at my roof to see if it was damaged and I was told by the representative that I did have roof damage from previous hail storms. Imperial worked with me and my insurance company and the roof replacement was approved, process was seamless. I had not had any issues with my roof leaking or any damage that I knew of prior to Imperial looking at my roof. I am big on preventive maintenance on my home and I was grateful they were able to assess the roof. I have only been in my home 13 years. Imperial completed the roof replacement. After a couple of months, my roof begin to leak (see photos) after it was replaced, the first time. Imperial did come out and I hope replaced the shingles and not silicone my roof, so it would not leak. After a couple of weeks of rain, the roof was not leaking anymore, I contacted Imperial to see if they were going to paint my ceiling due to the roof leak and I was told they would not. I was told by Imperial the leak was from my chimney and not the roof, even though they completed a roof replacement and come out to repair the leak in the same area. Basically, Imperial is trying to stick me for a repair of shoddy work completed twice by this company. I have not been so disappointed in the service from the organization and I advise everyone to go elsewhere when needing roof repair. They will do shoddy work on your home and leave you to fix their issues after they are gone. Do not deal with this company. If I could rate this company as zero, I would. Consumers BEWARE.

  Loved our sales guy he helped from start to finish. He got us through the claim process easily. With our Insurance company we have we didn't even have to pay out of pocket it was all covered. The crew that came was done in one day and were nice and respectable. Highly recommend giving Imperial your business.
