  Look at all their reviews- most only have 1 review which is really weird, like they're creating fake profiles and leaving a 5 star review, and from what we've experienced that would be right up their path. After several attemps to give Impact Roofing a chance to make things right and being ignored i feel this is warranted. We had a hail storm the beginnig of August and decided to go with Impact, unfortunately. Our roof was not tarped and many contacts to Andrew and Steve about when they would start work but they always had an excuse, but they were more than willing to take 1/2 our payment. Over 4 months later, the end of November and our roof was started but because we had to wait so long with no tarp my upstairs office developed a huge water bubble, which was never fixed. The build up they recommended you will see in the photos was a horrible job. Steve stopped by in March and I asked that this please be corrected and that our roof was having run-off issues above the new gutters we had replaced. Its now been 4 months after this contact and we've been ignored once more. We paid almost 9k to Impact and they've been the worst company we've ever dealt with. We are young homeowners and i feel they've taken advantage of us. Its been almost a year of dealing with them and a horrible experience. *Edit* to your reply everything you've said is untrue. Just like the work. NO tarp was laid hence my water damange. I have text messages communicating with you on the metal and sat and watched Steve paint it. You've returned no calls or messages. Your company and yourself are deplorable and liars. Please everyone look at my screenshots to prove this.

  Ali, We are sorry you feel that you had a bad experience. The picture that is attached to the review shows a section of fascia that is worn out due to age. The only part we touched was above the gutter and was painted to match your trim. Unfortunately you declined to have us repair the drywall that was damaged due to the storm even though insurance paid for drywall repair. We did tarp the roof after our initial site visit. Due to the amount of work and supplies being scarce it did take us 4 months until we were able to start your roof. Once we started, we made improvements at no extra charge to bring your roof up to code. Steve met with your husband regarding the run off issue on the front of your house multiple times. As there were still more questions I came out as well. The run off issue is because your house has structural settling issues. The main beam or load bearing wall is pushing the center of your house up and is causing it to slope towards the front. We offered to have a structural engineer verify this but your husband declined. That was the only issue that was discussed with us after the roof was installed. Again, we regret that you don't feel our service was 5 stars. Please contact our office with any further questions.

  Our experience with Impact Roofing was 5-star! Jeff, Andrew, Steve and their hard-working crew was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Jeff walked me through every phase of the project and handled the insurance claim flawlessly. They all provided outstanding service throughout the project and we felt their goal was to do a great job and ensure we were pleased from start to finish. They succeeded. We love our new roof and skylight and we are thankful we chose Impact Roofing!

  Jeff was great to work with. He was communicative throughout the entire process, and worked with our insurance company after a significant hail storm damaged our roof and paint. His roofing crew was efficient, hard working and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. He subbed out the paint job, which we were not happy with, but Jeff worked with us until we were satisfied with the job. My sister gave us the referral, and we will be happy to pass along his name to anyone asking.

  Katie, it was great working with you on your house. You have a great location and a beautiful home. I am glad that you upgraded to duration flex shingles which will provide your roof with great protection from the elements. I am glad that we were able to get our paint specialist to touch up the chipped areas after first applying additional coats of paint to the chipped areas. Steve worked his magic on the chipped areas with applying acrylic latex paint on those areas to make the chipped areas smooth with the non chipped areas.
