  Thanks Rusty!!! Rusty came in (on-time), covered his shoes, and got to business...and by that I mean he asked me what was going on and started giving me information right away. I learned a lot about my crawlspace and the integrity of our foundation from his ability to evaluate the situation. He was also very friendly as I followed him around asking a bunch of questions, as I am a new homeowner. Rusty was honest and thorough, and I never felt pressured to make immediate, huge decisions about what route we would take for our issues. Overall, this was a great experience. I got an appointment quickly, it was easy to get in touch with a representative, and I never had to work too hard to make any of it happen. I would definitely recommend Illini Craw Space & Basement! (BTW, when you call their number, they answer "Terminix" because they're within the same company...that threw me off, so remember that!) =)
