We had a very good experience.  Roofers were fast and knew what they were doing.  Very professional.  Roof was on in 2 1/2 days.  After they finished the boss came by and made sure they did things right and had cleaned up everything.  Would highly recommend.  Good company to work with.

My husband and I are impressed with the coutourious and knowledgeable quote we hag gotten from ID roofing not only a fair price we had Jason miller with us every step of the way. Answering all our questions during the process of getting our roof on. Im thrilled that they fixed the roof and the venting they are the best and we would recommend them to everybody.

Our ID Roofing experience was as professional as it comes.  From the first call and meeting with Paul Noer, discussing all options for installing a new roof on our home explaining every detail of the procedure, products, and material to every detail in the process of working with our insurance, all questions were answered precisely and promptly.  Paul worked directly with our Farmers Insurance adjuster providing her the informations needed to expedite the project and we were amazed at how swiftly they responded with date and a plan of action.
The roofing itself was amazing.  To watch the professionalism of the team of roofers remove the old roof and install the new, paying attention to every detail, was a sight to see.  This team working with Paul was like a well oiled machine.  They were professional in every sense right down to the clean up.  We could not find one nail or any materials from the project other than a brand new professionally installed roof, all done in one day.
I would highly recommend ID Roofing to anyone.  We want to thank them for making this process effortless on our part and simple.

Wow...what thank you so much for your review!! Your house was the 3rd one on that street we have done. We love your neighborhood!!!

The bidding process is what sold me on this company.  The owner came out to look at my roof which needed replacement.  We then had a relaxed talk about what my roof needed to have done.  He presented multiple packages for me to choose from and modify and didn't try to unnecessarily up-sell me.  I also learned exactly what materials would be used and how my roof would be installed.

I had collected bids from many companies.  Several of the other companies tried to pressure me into contracting with them by using emotional appeals and fear (by bad talking other companies) or just told me a price with no information about the products, installation methods, or warranty they were offering.  I had asked one company if they would provide lien releases from the material supplier at the time of payment and they did not submit a bid. The contrast between these bids made me confident in choosing ID Roofing.

At the time of installation, the owner checked in on my house through the day.  The installers were all pleasant to work with and made sure that it was safe for me to let my dogs use the yard during the project.

Our ID Roofing experience was beyond easy and satisfying. The crew gave us frequent updates on the roof progress with pictures throughout the day. They were efficient and thorough and finished the roof in one day. They came early to set up property protection and took care to work around as many of my ground plants as possible. They verbalized and communicated any concerns immediately with us, the homeowners. Both my wife and myself (and neighbors) were very pleased with the experience. And...THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT! I was very pleased with this company and the quality of work that they did. They were responsive to my questions and provided me with options so that I could make the best decision or myself. They were very fast, they finished the entire roof in just one day and a couple of hours the next day. I was concerned about the cleanup, because we have a pool and lots of people walk around barefoot and I didn't want staples or nails left behind. But they did an amazing job and we have not found any debris left behind. I would highly recommend ID Roofing LLC. Also, a shout-out to Paul who was our project manager and handled all of the details. He was excellent.

Jeramie was great to work with. ID Roofing was very thorough doing the necessary repairs and there was absolutely no ‘overselling’. I really appreciate Jeramie’s honesty. My shingles will need replaced sometime in the next 5 years and ID Roofing will most likely be my choice for the work simply because of my recent and urgent roof repairs experience.
