  I have been in the roofing manufacturing business so I waited till the fly-by-night folks had been through my neighborhood to look for a contractor. I called two; one was way overpriced and only cared about the installation, the other NEVER CALLED ME BACK! Through FB I called Icon and they were top shelf from day one. They took care of the additional claim for decking (that is another story) Kari's dedication and patience should be noted! She was spot on and we kept in touch even when we didn't have any news! The tear off and install took one day and the work is superior. The supervision and crew on site were great - NOT ONE NAIL left to pick up. On a street with 16 homes our roof is by far the best looking. The trim - ridge cap has the detail other roofing companies just didn't do. Gutters were also added and they are the chef's kiss to compliment the roof. Highly recommend them. They truly take pride in their work and taking care of the customer.

  When no other roofer would return calls or keep appointments, Hunter did! He was professional and kind! The work was done without needing to come into my house, the price was better than I had anticipated. I will use Icon in the future without a doubt.

  The guys got here early and were super professional and courteous. I will say when the roof is coming off it can make a huge mess, not with them, they had tarps everywhere and when they left, you could not even tell they had been there. Hunter was amazing to work with as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you for an excellent roof and new gutters. I definitely recommend them for any roofing or gutter job. Well done.
