  Hunt home improvement has been fantastic to work with. I had them install a new roof and gutters in 2015 and have no complaints. They we're the first ones I called this year when scheduling siding and redoing the front porch on my home. I can't recommend them enough!

  I went to them wanting a rubber roof for my low pitched roof. Michael Hunt talked me out of that, saying it wouldn't be guaranteed for as long as an asphalt roof. At the same time, I contracted for them to put on new siding. Sadly, the guarantee for the shingles required that they install them correctly. They spaced them too far apart and so before they got done putting on the siding, my new asphalt roof was already leaking. This was in the late fall. Michael Hunt told me it was MY fault that the roof leaked because I should have gone up on the roof and shoveled off all the snow (was just 2-3 inches of snow). When they put on the siding, they blocked my crank out windows from ever being able to open again. They left their business sign, all the debris from the work, nails, metal, wood, all over our yard. Use this company at your own risk, but buyer beware.

  I had a complete shingle replacement done on a triplex in Willard less than 2 years ago. The first problem was a noticeable indentation on the peak roof vent as well as the roof. I called and reported it months after installation and they never got back to me on it. 1 year and 4 months later a renter informs me that the ceiling is leaking. I call Hunt Home Improvement up to tell them and they say they only warranty their work for 1 year. I ask them to come out to look at it and they say OK. 2 months later they had yet to come. The problem was the sewer vent pipe boot on the roof. These things should last well over 5 years but the rubber had split allowing water to leak. I ended up having to fix the problem myself before more damage was done to the drywall inside after repeated heavy rainfalls. Oh and they say they have this $50 referral award if you refer them to someone that hires them......they don't honor that either. My uncle had hired them and he referred them to me and when I hired them I told them who had referred me to them and the town he lived in. He never got any money back and I even called them up over a year later to bring that up and they still never made good on their $50 referral award. They put together a fancy estimate, nice folder, embossed certificate of the guarantee and such but that's as good as it get. Their service after they have your money is none existent.
