  We had roof damage related to ice and weather. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate. We told him we wanted to proceed with the repair. This was early spring and he told us he could "fit" us in between some other jobs and get it done by the end of summer. We didn't hear or see them again. We called in August and we were told they would get someone out right away. Another month goes by and no one shows. We called several more times and left messages and never heard back. We really wanted to use a local contractor but this was not the contractor to call. Very disappointing.

  Had an existing metal roof replaced with standing seam. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job faster than I expected and left the place as they had found it. Very happy with the experience.

  Responsive and responsible, and they do good work. Recently made some small repairs to a roof several years old, honoring the warranty without question. A good, ethical company.
