  Tom Robinson at HR Roofing installed a new metal roof on my Hudson Valley home. He personally was on site each day to manage the job, understood the intricacies of metal roofing more than most other companies I spoke to and was fair in his pricing. My roof was not an easy install because of its modern shape, but Tom took the time to ensure that his craftsmanship made everything look aligned. It was refreshing to have someone like Tom who understands roofing and carpentry actually give the bid - versus just a salesperson loaded with pamphlets and an iPad full of pictures. I highly recommend Tom and his crew.

  HR Roofing installed one metal roof (replacing shingle) on our carriage house as part of our proactive updating plan. The team arrived when expected and they were friendly, efficient, tidy and extremely thorough. Tom's close attention to details was a constant source of confidence. The roof was completed sooner than we presumed and absolutely on quoted price (actually below our private estimations). We could not have been happier with the results and service. Four months later our house roof was compromised and our barn roof failed in a major storm. We quickly called Tom Robinson of HR Roofing and were thrilled once again with their response. Within a few hours Tom had fixed our shingle house roof - and explained it was otherwise completely adequate (such a relief!). The HR team then replaced the barn roof with a new metal roof and happily accommodated my whimsical requests to use reclaimed lumber for replacement beams and fascia. We are so thrilled with their work that we also had them install matching metal Fabral siding on the carriage house. Absolutely beautiful work from true professionals.

  Working with H&R was wonderful. Tom Robinson represents his company name well. Not only did Tom respond to an email I sent through his website within 5 minutes, but he showed up the next day (a Sunday) at the exact time he said he would be at my home. Communication before and during the project was superb. Costs were exactly what he quoted - no surprises - and much less than what friends and neighbors paid for similar size roof replacements. Thank you, Tom. I will be recommending you to everyone!
