  The whole team did a great job getting our project together for a price we could handle. Very professional and solid on follow-up status. Delivery delays (not unexpected) were mitigated, and the installation of our siding was a great experience. Really nice people arrived in bitter cold weather, and worked nonstop. The guys handled everything for us, and our 1956 home looks brand new again. Looking forward to the next project, windows and doors! Thank you Homestar!

  This is an update to the first review I left prior to the roof installation. I have to apologize for not mentioning our salesman (Alex). He was extremely thorough and informative about the complete project details and product. Unfortunately, the color of the upgraded siding we picked had been discontinued. We all realize the issues with manufacturing during these stressful times, so we know how difficult it is to break that bad news to their customers. Once notified by Homestar (Austin was very apologetic), Alex was scheduled within 2 days to show us the color pallets. He came out with everything he had to make sure my wife and I could make the right choice. Now back to the roof. Everything was outstanding, from the scheduling to installation. The installers were awesome, and cleaned our property after the installation (fabulous job). The roof alone makes our house look 100 times better. We can't wait for the siding, gutters and trim capping to be installed. We will definitely keep you updated. Please see the before and after pics.

  I had a front door installed with a storm door. My job was difficult due to the door threshold, but Harry and Renee did a wonderful job and made sure to keep me in the loop regarding the issues. They cleaned up nicely and were very professional. However, the door came in 3 months late. I would have liked more communication about the timeline for when the door was supposed to arrive. Joe came out for a final inspection before closing the job and reassured me that they are aware and working on making customer communication better. I will certainly recommend Homestar to friends and family and will be a repeat customer when the time comes.
