  John came highly recommended to my husband and I. He completed our home inspection within the week and we had our report well within 24 hours. The report was very thorough and made tons of helpful suggestions on repairs and things that we should pay close attention to for possible future repairs. Any question that we might have had about the property was answered in the report. I would definitely recommend to others.

  I am new to home ownership and did not realize the value of having a home inspection. I was so thankful John was available. He was so professional, and I told him I would not have noticed 90% of what he found. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.

  John was very impressive. We could not have asked for more. The account he set up for us to look through the inspection had detail descriptions with pictures. It made the homeowners insurance questions easier to answer. We will be able to refer to this for upgrades and to keep up with repairs over time. I would suggest for any home buyers or sellers.
