  I've been selling real estate for many years and this is the second review I've done for a tradesperson. It is well deserved. Kane Howell is a roof inspector with Homeguard Inc., he is very knowledgeable, extremely reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to explain in detail the findings in his inspection and reports. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate utilizing his services. Thank you Kane!

  Wow this inspection company is LAZY and HORRIBLE!!! I just read my home inspection report and they have tons of listed things that they don’t inspect. I am not sure why I paid them just come to turn on the light only. They don’t test the appliances, insulation of the windows not even visual inspection, washer and dryer were not tested, electrical outlets were not tested, simple water faucet turn on and off were not tested, electrical panel simple circuits breaker was not even visually inspected, parking space & electrical charging were not mentioned in the report, thermostat and timer were not tested, roof top was not inspected per my agent requested. I asked no such thing of my agent! All they did was turn on the light and heater for few second. WHAT A LAZY & RIP OFF PEOPLE MONEY COMPANY!!!

  HOMEGUARD HOME WARRANTY I have been trying for the past 4 days to get a claim started on appliances not working. When you call the phone number provided by the company on our policy paperwork, all it is is an answering service. I have left 4 messages, tried emailing to the email address provided for service and it comes back undeliverable. So far I am not impressed with this company.
